In the field of my professional interests is change management.
The contemporary world, man, social groups and the economy are based on knowledge.
It would seem that information is the most important thing in this global village. Meanwhile, the ability to process information in terms of identifying needs becomes more important.
Knowledge without practice remains a theory enclosed in a drawer of minds. Practice unchanged inhibits development. Time is changes. The intention of change creates visions of the future. Planning for changes outlines the future.
Experiencing change creates a risk. New knowledge and experience prepare for changes, minimize the risk.
Every change is possible by carefully perceiving and experiencing a given situation. Practice questions: "What can I change to gain?", is the mental key to the door of the boundless Blue Ocean Strategy, new decisions, strategic changes towards the new value of existence, innovation and profit.
An innovative business organization is willing and able to maintain contradictions, adaptation of new flexible organizational structures and a system of managing people based on improving communication.
"Creativity is intelligence having fun." Albert Einstein
I believe we shape ourselves through relationships. The brain exhibits neuroplasticity and build new connections throughout our lives. Therefore, every change occurs deep within the person, at the level of the nervous system. My mission is based on the belief that we flourish when we perceive space as a strengthening of inner resilience.
Beauty is the emotion of curiosity and delight.
I love William Morris's (1834–1896) message: "We should be surrounded by beauty." For me, the beauty of fractal nature, the mind, Arts & Crafts, and Art Nouveau is not just aesthetics, it's a powerful neuroarchitectural tool that soothes the nervous system and allows us to transcend trauma and contemporary biophobia.
I'm interested in revitalization. Building places where the city's energy and human potential flourish. I prioritize human flourishing - a scientific and empathetic approach to development in which well-being is the foundation, not an afterthought.
My role is to identify systemic micro-fissures in the team's structure before they become a crisis. This diagnostic approach, based on the team's experience and knowledge from brain research, helps identify sources of stress and pain within the team.
I like the analogy of the Japanese art of repairing pottery, Kintsugi (Kintsukuroi), "joining with gold." In the Kintsugi philosophy, a micro-fissure is nothing to be ashamed of. On the contrary, through the process of lacquering, it becomes the strongest and most beautiful part of the object: gold, silver, platinum. In business, it's a change, even an innovation.
I believe it's possible to continuously learn and tailor organizational culture to employee needs. Human-centric values can be transformed into hard, measurable processes that build the structure of an organization.
I use micro interactions with my surroundings to draw as much inspiration as possible from encounters with nature, people, and artificial intelligence.
In a dynamic environment, we don't always have control over the design, but we do have control over how we look at something. I use neuro-spatial training, borrowed from museum studies, called the "Slow Looking" methodology, a spatial scan. It's a form of micro-rest.
The slow-looking technique is feasible anywhere. It involves consciously slowing down visual processes to shift the brain from a "fight-or-flight" (Beta) mode to a "calm and restorative" (Alpha) mode. This is how we create interiors.
Managers can recognize nuances in communication to build community and prevent bullying. Thinking trains the brain just as powerfully as physical exercise. I believe in somato-emotional fascial integration. I prefer simple physiotherapy techniques: tension release.
What can you gain from training?
Rebuilding the cognitive capital of the team and manager, thanks to the tools of neuroaesthetics and the neurobiology of trauma. The result: a team that thrives on the internal resilience of individual regeneration, not on external pressure.
We make mistakes: "Der Zeit ihre Kunst. Der Kunst ihre Freiheit"
